Blog Mixer Linky

Oh the Places You'll Go with the blogs you know!  I'm having a seek and find Blog Mixer Linky party. Let's have some fun spotlighting each other.

In your link up find the following:

1.  A blogger who is a "New Kid on the Blog"
(Let's say someone who has blogged 2 months or less and has less than 200 followers)

2.  Post a blogger in your same grade level

3.  Post a blogger in a different grade level

4.  It's all about the button. Find a cute blog button and post it.

Ready....Begin.

1. My New Kid blogger is Counting on Coffee. Cyndy started blogging on July 9th.  Hop on over, but bring your coffee!

2.  I teach 3rd grade and I found a fellow grade mate at Mrs. Obregon's Third Grade Rock Stars.  And she liked my Mini Me's and blogged about them.

3.  Tara at 4th Grade Frolics has a great writing tidbits post.

4.  Button Cuteness spotlight goes to Ms. Durbin at 3rd Grade's a Hoot

3rd Grade's a Hoot

  11. Popping through from WeTeach. Very clever idea. I always enjoyed scavenger hunts as a kid. I think I'm just a tad outside of categories 2 & 3.

Feeling a bit like a square peg, but appreciating the concept none-the-less.

  20. Thank you for setting up the linky party. I spent the morning searching in vain for good educational blogs and you have introduced me to dozens in one spot. As I clicked from site to site I'm amazed at the various "bells and whistles" that each blogger has found out how to use. As your title states I have a yearn to learn more about blogging and your page will definitely help.

    Thank you,
    William Smith

We had to re-link our link because we didn't realize that we did it wrong, and our link didn't even work correctly!! We just read "Finally in First"'s post about linky etiquette and learned so much!! http://finallyinfirst.blogspot.com/2011/07/linky-party-etiquette.html

  27. Denise. Thank you for the motivation to create a button. As you saw, I 'attempted' to join the linkie party, but alas. I can not figure out how to get all of the first 100 responses in the party to appear on my blog post.

Is there some sort of code somewhere that I don't see to paste? HELP!!!

I'd really like to learn how to do this properly. Again thanks for the prompt.

  28. Debbie,
Depending on how the host sets up a Linky party, sometimes a code is available to grab to paste on other blogs. I don't think I set up that feature. However, your visitors will be able to link up here because you hyperlinked back to me in your post. Hope this makes sense.

  29. What a great idea! I look forward to looking at all of the responses!
